Beginning at the dawn of my life, abuse and overcoming defined my early years. A pattern of emotional pain followed by an intense search for deeper meaning persisted into my twenties. I remember standing in the backyard as a teenager looking at the stars ablaze in the sky wondering how all of life was connected. My questioning nature had been breathed into my soul.

When my first child was born, Stephen, he became the catalyst for freeing the deep love in my heart that had waited to be unleashed. I had no idea how all consuming love could be and how precious each moment really is. For almost four years, I was blessed with the amazing gift of my son, a wise old soul. After his sudden death, it took a long time before life had much meaning again. Fortunately, I was able to help others who had lost a child by becoming involved in Compassionate Friends. This also helped me cope with such a devastating loss.

After getting remarried, my first daughter, Esther, was born and once again sparked the all encompassing love that had stirred my heart with the birth of my son. It is amazing how love can be so intense for more than one person. Sadly, that marriage was marred with abuse so familiar to me from early childhood so it did not last. My devotion to my precious little girl remained so I created a new life for us filled with simple but valuable memories. It was a time of taking great delight in all things that brought laughter and peace. With our home being filled with love, it attracted a new relationship into my life that would bring completeness to our family. We had another daughter, Adelle, whose beautiful soul continues to remind me that life is an adventure. This marriage has stood the test of time, surviving enormous stressors, my life threatening illness with cancer and devastating family loss.

These highlights of my life just like yours have created my perceptions, contributed to my fears and joys, and stored patterns in my brain that want to be repeated in the future. My struggle with cancer beginning in 1998 has ended up being one of my greatest teachers. Pain propelled me to seek answers, especially when having a near death experience on January 1, 2011, after many years of health set backs and hospitalizations. For years, my soul had been preparing for that deep journey of my spirit that took place in my hospital room. The best way to describe it is that I saw a sea of souls who were looking to me to help them in their human journey. I was given a choice to either return to my sick and suffering body or end my suffering and stay in the blissful place where I was surrounded by a perfection of love impossible to describe adequately. I knew I had to help those who were reaching out so I chose to come back to my body.

Many months of recovery followed but my new vision of humanity inspired me to keep committed to my personal journey of healing. It took about a year before I could walk without a crutch or wheelchair. This was a powerful time of learning to listen to my body as the gateway to my soul. I found Dr. Joe Dispenza and started studying his teachings, attending many workshops to expand my own consciousness and connection to the mysteries of the universe. I experienced the remarkable gifts of John of God in Brazil, witnessing the unexplainable miracles of shared prayerful meditations. I completed my degree in nutrition with advanced gut health certification and became a licensed massage therapist and am currently pursuing a doctoral degree in holistic medicine, specializing in natural gut health restoration.

By now I have worked with hundreds of clients, some of whom have been brave enough to dive into the connection between their body and soul to really free themselves during this lifetime. My passion is to begin at the foundation of our physical body, the digestive system ‘the gut’, and continue to uncover other possible layers of limitations in the vital body, the mental body, the supra mental body and ultimately connect to the bliss body or pure consciousness. This is truly what frees us from being trapped by our human limitations and lets our spirit find its wings.

I work best with those who are ready to jump out of their self imposed box that limits their body from healing and keeps their mind in stress. I am the right health and spiritual coach for potential clients who suffer from gut imbalances who want the physical as well as the emotional and spiritual healing. Anyone who just wants a band aide, a magic pill or a sounding board then I am not the one for them. My goal is to stretch my own soul and challenge my own body in this lifetime and I want to work with others who are ready to attain body and spirit balance, beginning in their belly.
